1. The service
ReferBridge is a software-as-a-service platform that helps licensed real estate agents discover one another across markets, connect, and generate and route the standard NAR Residential Referral Agreement for e-signature. ReferBridge is a tool only.
2. No handling of referral funds
ReferBridge does not process, hold, or transfer referral fees between agents or brokers, and does not take a cut of any closed transaction. Referral fees are paid broker-to-broker, off-platform, per the executed agreement.
3. Agreements are signed by brokers
Referral agreements generated through ReferBridge are executed by the brokers / office managers of the participating agents, not by the agents themselves. You are responsible for ensuring the correct signing parties and for compliance with applicable laws and brokerage policies.
4. Licensing & accuracy
Licensing is self-attested. You agree to provide accurate license and profile information and to keep it current. ReferBridge does not independently verify or background-check users at launch.
5. Fees
Free-plan members are charged a flat fee per referral sent. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as described on the pricing page. Fees may change with notice.
