How much does it cost to receive referrals?

What's the Referral Board?

Agents post a client's upcoming move — destination, price band, timing, never the client's name (posts stay non-identifying until the referral is awarded). If a move lands in your market, raise your hand to win it. Pro members can respond the moment a post goes live; free agents can respond after the Pro window.

How does licensing work?

Licensing is self-attested — each agent puts their license on file. ReferBridge is a discovery and paperwork tool, so confirm an agent's credentials yourself before you refer.

Who signs the referral agreement?

The brokers / office managers sign — not the agents. The sending broker signs first, then the receiving broker, and the executed PDF is emailed to both brokers and both agents.

Does ReferBridge handle the referral payment?

No. The referral fee is paid broker-to-broker, off-platform. ReferBridge never holds, splits, or processes referral-fee payments between agents — we charge for software only.

Is there an app to download?

ReferBridge is an installable web app (PWA) — it works on your phone and desktop with no app-store download. It's login-only; there are no public agent profiles.

How do referrals start?

Referrals begin with a connection. An agent sends you a connect request; once you accept, they can message you and propose a referral. You can't be sent a referral before connecting.

Is my client's information private?

Yes. Up front, the receiving agent sees only the destination, your posted fee, and price range. The client's name, phone, and email are disclosed only after both brokers sign the agreement.

How do reviews work?

After a referral completes, both agents can optionally leave a single overall review of working together — one rating per partner, which you can update over time as you do more deals.
