How much does it cost to receive referrals?
Nothing. Listing your city and receiving inbound referrals is free (you're found within 25 miles of a searched destination). Pro ($29/mo or $290/yr) widens that to a 50-mile radius and adds featured placement, an ad-free experience, unlimited referral sends, and analytics.
How does licensing work?
Licensing is self-attested — each agent puts their license on file. ReferBridge is a discovery and paperwork tool, so confirm an agent's credentials yourself before you refer.
Who signs the referral agreement?
The brokers / office managers sign — not the agents. The sending broker signs first, then the receiving broker, and the executed PDF is emailed to both brokers and both agents.
Does ReferBridge handle the referral payment?
No. The referral fee is paid broker-to-broker, off-platform. ReferBridge never holds, splits, or processes referral-fee payments between agents — we charge for software only. E-signature is handled by SignWell; subscription billing by Stripe.
Is there an app to download?
ReferBridge is an installable web app (PWA) — it works on your phone and desktop with no app-store download. It's login-only; there are no public agent profiles.
How do reviews work?
After a referral completes, both agents can optionally leave a single overall review of working together — one rating per partner, which you can update over time as you do more deals.
