When an agent has a client relocating out of their market, they use ReferBridge to find an agent in the destination market, propose a referral, and route the standard NAR referral agreement for broker e-signature — earning a referral fee when the deal closes, instead of losing the client entirely.

Our thesis

Referrals are long-distance by nature. The two agents are always in different markets, and the referring agent usually has no contact in the destination. So discovery is the product: finding a reputable, fairly-priced agent in an unfamiliar market.

The value is geographic coverage and breadth — is there a good agent where my client is going? — not local density. That's why ReferBridge is nationwide and destination-based from day one.

What we are (and aren't)

ReferBridge is a SaaS tool for referral discovery and paperwork. We never touch referral money and never take a cut of closed deals — the referral fee is paid broker-to-broker, off-platform. We help the right agents find each other and get the agreement signed by the right parties.
