ReferBridge is a national agent-to-agent real estate referral network. When your client relocates out of your market, you find an agent in their destination, propose the referral, and the standard agreement routes to both brokers for e-signature — so you earn a referral fee when they close, instead of losing the client entirely.
Why we built it
The old way was a name from a Facebook group
Every agent knows the moment. A client you've closed with — someone whose kids' names you know — calls to say they're moving across the country. You want to help. But their new city isn't your market, and you don't know a single agent there.
So the referral goes the way it always has: a post in a Facebook group, a name from a friend of a friend, a handshake over email, and hope. Your client — one of the most important relationships in your business — handed to a stranger on a guess. And half the time, the paperwork never gets done right.
We built ReferBridge because that moment deserves better. Not another lead machine — a way for the agent who already has the trust to place their client well, keep the paperwork clean, and stay part of the deal.
Our thesis
Referrals are long-distance by nature
The two agents in a referral are always in different markets, and the referring agent usually has no contact in the destination. So everything comes down to one thing: finding a reputable, fairly-priced agent in a market you've never worked.
That's why the value isn't local density — it's coverage. The question that matters is “is there a good agent where my client is going?” — and the answer needs to be yes, wherever that is. ReferBridge is nationwide and destination-based from day one.

What we are — and what we'll never be
ReferBridge is a SaaS tool for referral discovery and paperwork. That's the whole job, and we keep it that way on purpose.
- We help the right agents find each other — and get the agreement signed by the right parties: the brokers.
- We never touch referral money. The fee is paid broker-to-broker at closing, off-platform.
- We never take a cut of closed deals. Our only revenue is software subscriptions — your deal economics stay between the brokerages.
