Privacy Policy

ReferBridge (“ReferBridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Web Market Pros Agency dba ReferBridge, provides a national agent-to-agent real estate referral network delivered as a login-only web app (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who the Service is for
The Service is for licensed real estate professionals (agents and brokers). It is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 18.
2. Information we collect
You provide:
- Account & profile: name, email address, mobile phone number (optional, only if you opt in to text alerts), real estate license number and state (self-attested), brokerage, your broker/office-manager’s name and email (used to route referral-agreement e-signatures), your single home city/market, and optional profile details (photo, bio, specialties, languages, years of experience, website).
- Referral & client information: when you send a referral and prepare the referral agreement, you provide details about your client (such as name, phone, email, and destination city/price range). You represent that you have the right to share this information with us and with the receiving agent for the purpose of the referral.
- Messages & reviews: the content of messages you exchange with other agents and any reviews you submit.
- Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; we receive limited billing metadata (e.g., plan status, last4).
Collected automatically:
- Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device type, pages and features used, and in-app analytics events, used to operate and improve the Service.
- Cookies / local storage: used for sign-in sessions and preferences. Our public marketing site also uses advertising and analytics cookies (see “Advertising & analytics” below).
- Advertising & analytics: our public marketing site uses the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors arrive and sign up. The Pixel may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views and sign-up clicks, and hashed identifiers like your email where available) with Meta to measure conversions and, where permitted, support advertising. You can opt out via your device/browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.
From third parties:
- Authentication: if you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name, email) from Google.
- Geocoding: we convert the city you enter into approximate coordinates using a maps provider to power location-based discovery.
3. How we use information
- Operate the referral network: build your profile, power destination-based search (matching agents within a search radius of a searched market), and connect agents.
- Facilitate referral agreements, including sending documents to brokers for e-signature and delivering the executed agreement to the parties.
- Send transactional and lifecycle notifications (in-app, email, push, and — if you opt in — SMS) about referrals, messages, connection requests, agreement status, and reviews.
- Process subscription payments (and any per-referral software fees, if charged), prevent fraud, provide support, and comply with law. (We never move money between agents; payments are for our software only.)
- Improve and secure the Service.
4. SMS / text-message program
If you opt in, we send transactional SMS alerts about your referral activity (new referrals, messages, and agreement updates).
- Opt-in is by checking the consent box on our signup or profile screen; it is never required to use the Service.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Carriers and our messaging provider process messages solely to deliver them.
5. Email program
We send transactional and account-related email (e.g., welcome, referral lifecycle, messages, reviews) through our email provider. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link and List-Unsubscribe header, and you can manage email preferences in your account. We honor opt-outs promptly.
6. How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- With other agents on the network — your profile is visible to other agents, and the agent you refer to receives the referral and (after acceptance) the client details needed to handle it.
- Brokers/office managers named by the agents, to sign the referral agreement.
- Service providers (sub-processors) that operate the Service on our behalf, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. These fall into the following categories:
- Cloud hosting, database, authentication & file storage
- Payment processing (subscriptions; per-referral software fees if charged)
- SMS delivery (only if you opt in)
- Transactional & lifecycle email delivery
- Electronic signature of referral agreements
- Geocoding & maps
- Optional third-party sign-in (e.g. Google)
- Website hosting & delivery
- Advertising measurement on the marketing site (the Meta Pixel — see the advertising section above and Your privacy choices)

- Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (e.g., retaining executed referral agreements and transaction records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below; some records may be retained where required by law.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards (including encryption in transit, access controls, and storing secrets server-side). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your choices and rights
- Access/correct/delete: update most details in your profile, or contact us at privacy@referbridge.com to request access, correction, or deletion.
- Communications: opt out of SMS (STOP) and email (unsubscribe) at any time; we may still send essential account/transactional messages.
- State privacy rights: depending on where you live (e.g., California/other US states), you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws; you can opt out on our Your privacy choices page (your choice applies to this site and the app, and we honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal automatically), through your Meta ad preferences, or by contacting privacy@referbridge.com.
10. International users
The Service is operated in the United States and intended for US-based real estate professionals. By using it, you understand your information is processed in the US.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
